At first, you will have breakfast at the hotel and then your tour guide will take you to commence your 8 days’ Cairo and Oasis Budget Tour.

You will begin by traversing the Giza Necropolis, which hosts the three tantalizing pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure that were constructed approximately over two thousand years ago. Afterward, you'll explore the old town of Al Qasr before embarking on a 3-hour drive from Farafra to Dakhla.

Along the way, you'll visit the Roman Temple of Deir El Hagar, partially buried in the desert sand dunes. After lunch, you'll tour the historic Islamic village of Al Qasr, which dates back to the 12th century.

In the afternoon, unwind by the pool-like hot springs and visit the lush Dakhla farms, set against the backdrop of golden sand dunes and a clear blue sky. You’ll spend the night at the Desert Lodge Hotel in Dakhla.

On the sixth day of your 8-day Cairo and Oasis Budget Tour, after breakfast, you'll begin your exploration of Dakhla Oasis. You'll visit Qasr El Labkha, a Roman fortress along the old caravan route, and the Kharga Museum. You will also see the Roman Temple of Hibis and Nadura from the outside, as well as Bagawat, the world's oldest Christian cemetery.
