Facts About The Sixteenth Dynasty in Ancient Egypt

Age of Second Transition from 1785 to 1580 BC. It includes families from thirteen to seventeenth, and the chaos is again reigning and things have been turbulent, an era of decay. The era of the hexus occupation of Egypt is characterized by the evolution of war technology and the emergence of war wheels, leading to a decisive victory in what is the first major liberation war in world history when Ahsas was able to expel the hexus after an occupation of about 150 years.

Sepp Kay founded the 16th family around 1684 BC in Sohag governorate, located about 450 kilometers south of Cairo. This dynasty engaged in battles to liberate Egypt from the hexus.  The names of the kings cannot be arranged in a well-established historical order. Here are the names of 23 king during the fifteenth and sixteenth families from 1710 to 1680 F.L.
- Aa User Ra
- Nabab Khashr Ra
- Akkanan Ra
- Samkin
- She suffered
- Khayan
- Eight kings named themselves good God.
- Six monarchs named the Son of the Sun.
- Maskid
- Share
- Abibi

The rule of these monarchs lasted for about 150 years, and the presence of the hexus helped to make the Egyptian people for the first time in their history a warrior and triumphant people for freedom. As a result, this military force began to cross its borders and subdued the neighbouring country. Egypt's revolution against the hexus began with the princes of the city of Taiba, the kings of the seventeenth dynasty.
