An official business cover letter written on a paper with company letterhead is needed to demonstrate the purpose of your visit, possibly provided by the host organization.

A transit visa permits travelers to board a connecting flight at the international terminal of a foreign country. In Jordan, a transit is not needed if the passenger has a relianced ticket to a third country which is accessed within two days. The passenger should carry a travel document or a passport with at least six months validity beyond the dates of travel, travel airline tickets and a visa if required for the next stop.
