You will start the day with a delicious breakfast served in the hotel's main restaurant before meeting your personal tour guide who will take you on your very first Cairo tour, and the destination is the pyramids of Giza built 4500 years ago.
Get your visit started at the Great Pyramid of Cheops, which was built over 20 years, then you will visit the pyramids of kings Chephren and Mycerinus, all of them belonging to the same dynasty. Next, you will see the renowned Sphinx, the lion with a human head that protected the Necropolis for 450 years. Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will check out of your hotel for a transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor. You are then going to transfer to the Steinberger MS Minerva luxury Nile cruise ship where your 5-star Nile cruise begins. After your first lunch on board, the eastern shore of Luxor will be visited: the Karnak Temple, the world’s largest religious man-made center will be the first stop, then the magnificent Luxor Temple that will have some very beautiful light coming from it at night, hence the grandeur at its height will be captured.
