You will be met by our tour leader and transported in the morning by an exclusive air-conditioned vehicle to the area of the Roman Fortress of Babylon to pay a visit to the Hanging Church of the Holy Virgin Mary - which is constructed suspended above two towers of the fortress. Constructed at the southern gate, this is also in basilica style.
Continue your tour to visit St. Sergius Church which honors the Roman soldiers Sergius and Bacchus, who were martyred in Syria for their Christian faith in AD 296.
