First, we will head to Dahshur, a quiet spot whose sands hold the secrets of the earliest beginnings of pyramid construction. There, our guide will tell you about the achievements of King Sneferu, founder of the Fourth Dynasty and father of King Khufu, who left an indelible mark on the history of Egyptian architecture by building two of the most important pyramids, the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid.

During your visit to the Bent Pyramid, you will notice its unique design, which began with a sharp angle and then changed later during construction, taking on a distinctive shape that makes it unique among all Egyptian pyramids. We will also explore the Red Pyramid, which is considered the first pyramid to be completed at a right angle, serving as an official announcement of the pharaohs' success in achieving remarkable architectural development. The stones of this huge edifice shine in the sunlight with their reddish colour, giving you a natural artistic scene that captivates the eyes.

The first thing we will discover together is the Meidum Pyramid in Beni Suef, known among visitors as the “collapsed pyramid” due to its strange shape. It is believed to be the first attempt to build a complete pyramid after the step pyramids, but the collapse of its outer layers gave it a unique and unparalleled appearance. This pyramid arouses the curiosity of historians and visitors alike, as it represents an important transitional stage between the idea of terraces and the complete pyramid. In addition, during your visit, you will feel as if you are facing a mysterious architectural puzzle left by the ancient Egyptians to baffle generations.

Then we will take another step towards the pyramid of Lahun, built by King Senusret II, one of the kings of the Twelfth Dynasty.
