Itinerary
Begin your White Desert tour with a drive from Cairo to Bahariya Oasis in a private, air-conditioned vehicle, taking about four hours with a short break. In Bahariya, visit the Valley of the Golden Mummies, the Temple of Alexander the Great, and the Tombs of the Nobles from the 26th dynasty. Explore the Temple of Ein Muftella, the historic center of Al Qasr. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then relax at your hotel. In the late afternoon, visit Black Mountain for sunset views from "the English House." Overnight stay in Bahariya.

After breakfast, explore Bahariya Oasis, including the salt lake and golden sand dunes.
