In the case of cancellation of the trip by the customer, based on the start dates of the trip, the following costs will be charged:
15% of the total cost of the trip, with cancellation from the booking date up to 61 days before the start date of the trip
25% of the total cost of the trip, with cancellation from 60 to 31 days before the start date of the trip
35% of the total cost of the trip, with cancellation 30 to 15 days before the start date of the trip

Jordan Visa
Visitors with a valid passports can obtain visas from Jordanian delegations, embassies, or consulates abroad. Jordan Visa can also be obtained upon arrival at Amman's Queen Alia International Airport or at any other border (except for King Hussein (Allenby Bridge) and ferry from Egypt). The visa fee is 40 JD ($ 56) for a single entry valid for a month, but easily extendable at the nearest police station. For a six-month, non-extendable visa, travelers must pay JD 120 ($ 170) for multiple entries, to be paid in local currency. Few formalities are required to leave Jordan: an exit fee of 8 JD ($ 13) is required at all borders, except at airports.
Visas to Jordan
Reaching Jordan by land from Syria, you can cross the border into Jaber or Ramtha. Jaber area is located 80 km from Amman and is the most commonly used crossing point for visitors, while Ramtha is 90 km away and is mainly used for the transport of goods. Both borders are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week all year round.
Jordan Travel Information
Visitors can reach Jordan by land from Iraq by crossing the border of Al-Karamah, which is 331 km from Amman and is open 24/7, all year round.
There are three border crossings with Saudi Arabia on the eastern side:
The Umari border: is 155 km from Amman and open all year round 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Mudawara border: 322 km from Amman and open 24/7 all year round
The Durra border: is located in southern Jordan, 349 km from Amman, and open 24/7 all year round, 7 days a week.
PLEASE NOTE: It is necessary to obtain a visa in advance, as it is not possible to obtain it directly at the border. In addition, private cars and tourist buses cannot cross international borders - travelers must change means of transport when crossing or use the other two available crossings.
Visas are issued at the borders for most nationalities, with the exception of some specific nationalities who are required to obtain it in advance.
As of 1 January 2016, entry visas have no longer been issued at the Wadi Araba border. The only exceptions are for groups of Israeli tourists and others who have the necessary entrance documentation to enter Jordan for tourism. In addition, Israeli tourists and those who have purchased the 90 JD entrance ticket to the archaeological site of Petra will be exempted from the mandatory 24-hour stay in Jordan under the following conditions:
1. In order for visas and authorizations to be issued without problems in accordance with laws and procedures, all tourist groups must present a travel program and other documents required to the Tourism and Marketing Directorate of the Authority of the Special Economic Zone of Aqaba at least 24 hours before the group arrives in the country. Local tour operators must present the necessary insurance and ensure that all members of the tourist group will leave the country across the Wadi Araba border.
2. All members of the original program presented must be present at the time of departure; Departure permits will not be granted to those groups where all the original members are not present.
3. No visa will be issued for other nationalities across the Wadi Araba border and entry will be granted only to those who obtained an entry visa to Jordan through Jordanian embassies abroad before they arrive at the border.
