4 days luxury small group tour to Cairo, Alexandria, and a white desert

We travelled in our van 340 kilometres from Cairo to the Oasis Bahariya in the early hours of the morning.

Bahariya is the nearest oasis to Cairo and is notable for having 398 mineral and sulphur springs, some of which reach temperatures of 45 degrees and are used for medicinal purposes. Black hills made of ferruginous quartzite and dolerite border Bahariya. arrive at the Oasis's mountaintop capital of Bawiti. Your CAMP will provide lunch. After lunch, you'll set out towards the Black Desert, which is close to Bahariya Oasis. One of the reasons for the black rocks in the desert is iron.

After visiting Gabal el Marsos (Divided Mountain) on foot, you will take a vehicle to the small Bedouin community of El Hez. You will travel 160 km on/off road to the White Desert, stopping at Crystal Mountain and Agabat el Sharkia, the El Santa tree. The White Desert is distinguished by its cream-coloured, chalky topography and wind-carved structures in the form of mushrooms that resemble both human and animal characteristics. Today, as we journey across the White Desert to our accommodation in the Bahariya Oasis for dinner and a break before ending up the itinerary with a trip back to Cairo, you may take in the stunning desert sunset.

At 7:00 am, you will be picked up from your place of lodging in Cairo or Giza to travel 220 kilometers to Alexandria. To start your daily journey, arrive in Alexandria around 10:00 and make a stop at the Roman Theater (A theatre with marble seats up to 800 spectators, galleries, a section of mosaic flooring & a pleasure garden surrounded by Roman Villas & baths).

You will next go to Kom El-Catacomb, Shoqafa's three-level burial, where you will also find the Tri-cilium, where previously family members would sit on stone benches to feast the departed. Inside are second-century Roman-era statues of Sobec and Anubis dressed in armor.

After that, take a free stroll through El Mursi Abu Elabas, the Qaytbay Citadel, and the Alexandria Library along the Cornish.

At the conclusion of the expedition, you will be driven back to Cairo. At around 9:00 p.m., you'll be back in Cairo.

Lunch is offered between visits at a local restaurant, but beverages are not.

After breakfast, you check out of your Cairo hotel, and our tour guide picks you up to be driven to the international Cairo airport.
