We will be expecting you upon your arrival in the morning at Alexandria port to escort you in an air-conditioned private vehicle to your first destination.
On arrival in Cairo, you will begin the tour of Cairo by visiting The Grand Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, during an almost 2 hours tour through the amazing masterpieces of the builders of the pyramids, Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, along with the golden treasures of Tutankhamen, you will get to learn all the details from our tour guide, who will simplify the history of this overwhelming place into a nice story.
After the museum, you will be heading to have lunch in a nice restaurant in Cairo,
You will visit an old castle in Cairo known as the Citadel of Salah El-Din, this is a unique and famous medieval fortress that occupies a central location in Islamic Cairo, enabling fascinating views of the whole beautiful area with hundreds of minarets and domes and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali inside. And if you have enough time you will be taken to Khan El Khalili, the old market from the Islamic era.
At the end of your Alexandria shore excursions, we will drive back to the port of Alexandria and stop to see the famous Library of Alexandria from the outside. If we have enough time on our way back, we will also stop to discuss the culture and history of ancient and modern Egypt with you.
