The Super Safari by Jeep is a great way to experience the best of Egypt's desert landscape!
The tour starts with a pickup from your lobby hotel and heads out into the desert waiting to take you on a jeep safari through the desert. You'll enjoy a few hours of driving through the desert and listening to the wind blow through your hair. You'll travel through the sandy dunes, which are home to some of Egypt's most spectacular scenery. Your guide will stop along the way to show you ancient rock carvings and explain how they were created. You'll also learn about life in ancient Egypt.
Once you've had enough of that, it's time for lunch! The restaurant is located just outside the city center in an old Bedouin village. After lunch, it's back into the jeep for another hour of driving before arriving at our next stop—a quad bike track. You'll get about 20 minutes on these bikes. At one point, you'll even stop for a camel ride around the Bedouin village to enjoy a wonderful sunset view from the mountain and the beautiful sound of silence!
Don't miss trying the Bedouin tea on the wooden fire to taste the rare tea flavor which was made especially for you, before your return to your hotel in Port Ghalib.
If you're lucky enough to be visiting during the winter months, there will likely be snow on the ground at this point in the excursion!
